Dr. Alan K. Caldwell is the founder and Managing Partner of Curating Black. Ervin D. Lee is the Co-Founder. Alan and Ervin combined have 40 years of Fortune 100 experience in marketing, communications, and promotions. As two highly successful professional black men, they understand and recognize the importance of changing negative narratives associated with black culture. Black culture is family-oriented, spiritually grounded, and dedicated to excellence.
